Special Draw Hunt
Brent showed me some hunting areas I didn't know existed. Because of this I was able to get a beautiful 5x5 bull elk. Definitely worth it. Had a great time and harvested a great animal.

Highly recommend PNW Coast Guide Service. I am new to the PNW and hunting. I went with a 3-day, fully guided elk hunt. Set-up with Brent was very easy. He was responsive and easy to schedule with.
Wayne was my guide, and he is awesome. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable, and he is also a great instructor. Since I don't have much experience, the first day or so Wayne largely took the lead and did a great job explaining the reasoning behind what we were doing. As the hunt progressed, he gave me opportunities to make decisions based on what he had taught me earlier, and provided feedback on those choices, greatly increasing my confidence. Wayne put in a ton of work to make sure I had a great experience and got on some elk. He worked his tail off, hiking loads of miles in cold, rainy conditions. He goes above and beyond helping set-up camp, providing coffee/snacks in the field, providing extra gear/equipment that I didn't have to make everything more enjoyable. He also got some great action shots of me in the field that was icing on the cake.
Throughout the entire experience, it was very clear that Wayne knew what he was doing and how to impart that knowledge. It was also evident that he is really passionate about ensuring I had an awesome adventure. If you're looking for a great time and you're best chance at getting an animal, you can't go wrong with PNW Coast Guide Service.

Brent is an exceptional guide. His dedication to scouting our hunting area beforehand ensured we were fully prepared on opening day. His deep hunting expertise - spanning different hunting methods, forest habitats, and animal tracking - reflects decades of study and passion. Brent's guidance not only led to a quick, successful hunt for the elusive Roosevelt Elk, but also left me with a newfound and deeper appreciation for the sport. I am a new hunter, never grew up learning how to hunt and decided to pursue it later in my adult life. I found it very challenging to get started as I had with limited time and numerous other responsibilities. I spent a few years trying to learn it on my own but never had any success. I found Brent's service online and was really drawn to his approach of teaching and educating new hunters. Rather than merely act as a guide service, Brent was committed to helping my friend and I learn how to get started hunting and equipping us to successfully hunt independently in the future. Brent invested significant time scouting for elk before the season opened and even allowed us to accompany him on one of the scouting trips during deer season. He showed us how to look for signs of elk showed us specific areas where they often reside. Our elk hunt commenced on the opening day of elk season. On that first opening day at first light, we came upon a herd of elk and harvested an amazing 5x5 bull. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Brent helped us clean and pack it out, teaching us along the way. Hiring Brent as our guide was easily the best investment I have made to help me be a more successful hunter. Brent's instruction provided me with a solid foundation to continue to hunt independently.
